Ashlenn and Hamilton were wed on a gorgeous April afternoon. They exchanged vows beneath the arbor right on the peaceful banks of the Yellow River. The decorations on the arbor were amazing! A spray of red, yellow, and blush pink flowers cascaded down one side of the arch with beautiful greenery. Along with some tulle wrapping they also had a stunning heart-shaped piece of art made out of small wood slices – very unique! During the service they performed a foot washing ceremony to honor their devotion to each other. This group was a load of fun and had such great details to photograph! Nodding toward a more bohemian-chic look, Ashlenn wore a lovely sheath gown of chiffon that had fantastic lace detail on the sleeves and bodice. Loving the open-back on this gown! Now we absolutely loved these bridesmaid’s dresses too! This two-piece look is actually starting to become more popular nowadays. They wore beautiful earth-toned chiffon skirts in shades of burgundy and yellow that paired perfectly with lace 3/4-sleeved tops. They had gorgeous bouquets of burgundy and white lilies and yellow tulips – a perfect match! Hamilton wore a great three-piece suit in a light gray that he accented with a burgundy tie. His groomsmen wore similar three-piece suits but in a deeper gray and polished it off with great burgundy bowties. While looking “super” sharp, the guys were hiding a little secret – superhero t-shirts underneath their suits! This made for a really fun entrance during the ceremony where Hamilton revealed his Superman shirt for all of the guests to see! They also wore rings that matched each hero. The reception was also beautifully decorated with adorable white lanterns and bird cages that rested upon rustic wood slabs – each adorned with the same stunning earth-toned colored flowers. After a great fun-filled reception all of the guests lined up on the front lawn to provide Ashlenn and Hamilton with a proper bubble send-off and onto their new lives as husband and wife.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
