Congratulations Shilda & Quay!
Shilda and Quay tied the knot on a beautiful April evening down by the Yellow River. They certainly got some of the most beautiful photos with the gorgeous afternoon lighting. We really loved the color scheme they picked for their wedding. Quay and his groomsmen wore these awesome navy blue suits with beige bow-ties and kerchiefs. Their boutonnieres were a single yellow lily. Shilda’s bridesmaids wore full-length beige gowns with a halter neckline. Shilda wore a beautiful fit-and-flare gown covered in lace details with a sweetheart neckline. Her bridesmaids all had lovely bouquets of yellow lilies tied with blue ribbons while Shilda carried a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses. Her two flower girls wore white dresses and one of them carried a bouquet that matched the bride, while the other had yellow petals in her dress and a yellow sash.
They decorated the wedding arch with simple white hanging flowers. Their reception was beautifully decorated with alternating tables of bright blue and yellow decor. It was a very elegant display with sequined table runners, golden bejeweled chargers, and even glitzy napkin rings! Each table was decorated in either blue or yellow with corresponding centerpieces and table settings. There were even blue and yellow decorations on the chairs! The cake was absolutely stunning with its textured decorations and colorful flowers that matched the room decor – we really love that hexagonal bottom tier! Shilda and Quay’s families and friends danced all night in our beautiful wedding hall here in Gwinnett County. Then all of their guests sent the two on their way with a lovely ribbon streamer send-off.
Congratulations and well wishes to the happy couple!
