Candy Bar with Blue Candies at Wedding Reception with Love is Sweet Sign on table

It was a beautiful mid November day for Cassidy and James’ wedding celebration which took place not far from their home in Lawrenceville.  As the sunset down by the river, the couple tied the knot with their closet friends and family.

The bride wore a strapless, A line wedding dress featuring the most gorgeous lace and train.  She wore a long cathedral style veil and a beautiful crystal tiara which highlighted her pretty, long hair.

Cassidy’s bouquet was very soft with pink and peach garden roses, green eucalyptus, soft gray dusty miller and pink peonies.    Bridesmaid’s bouquets were just as pretty and were a smaller version of the brides.

Cassidy chose teal as her accent color and her bridesmaids wore long, teal gowns with different neck lines.  To match her bridal  party colors, the groom and groomsmen wore teal, striped ties.  Her flowergirls wore lace dresses and carried baskets of soft, pink rose petals. Like so many brides, Cassidy had fun with using the color blue in her wedding.  Check out how other Vecoma brides used the color blue here:  https://www.vecoma1.com/photos/the-color-blue/.

The couple personalized their wedding reception by playing off of the groom’s last name.  James’s last name is Maske so the couple choose a fun “maskerade” theme.   Black masks were placed on guest tables that had tall, lit branch centerpieces.   A cute sign with the hashtag #maskerade2018 helped them “capture the love”.

Even more fun was in store at their reception with a blue signature cocktail they named, “Blue Me Away” that was made of blue curacao.   A fun candy buffet featured jars of blue candies as well.  Be sure to check out fun reception ideas at https://www.vecoma1.com/photos/receptions/.

At the end of the evening, guests “let love sparkle” by saying their goodbyes to the couple with a brightly lit sendoff of sparklers.
